Construction is officially underway at McCormick! The first buildings are now in progress, marking an exciting milestone in bringing the McCormick Village Retail Center to life. This vibrant retail destination is designed to serve as a gathering place for the community, offering convenience, connection, and a dynamic mix of shops and services right in the heart of McCormick.
We are excited to share the first look at the businesses coming to McCormick Village Retail. Phase 1 will debut with the completion of Buildings A and B, introducing a thoughtfully curated mix of services and specialty retail. Building A will be home to Forestview Dental and a new Veterinary Clinic, bringing trusted care and everyday convenience to the community. Building B will welcome Wilson Patisserie, offering an inviting destination for artisan pastries and café favorites. We look forward to sharing more details about each of these exceptional businesses soon as they prepare to join the McCormick community.
While active planning and coordination continue, timelines have been influenced by extended permitting processes with the City of Port Orchard due to current review capacity and processing priorities. Our development team remains fully engaged and is working closely with City staff and consultants to keep the project moving forward as efficiently as possible with future buildings.
