Buildings A & B Nearing Completion at McCormick Village Retail
Exciting progress continues at McCormick Village Retail as Buildings A and B near completion and our first tenants prepare to open their doors. With tenant improvements underway, the first phase of the Village is quickly coming to life.
Wilson Patisserie and Forestview Dental are currently targeting openings before the end of 2026, bringing the first dining and service offerings to McCormick Village Retail. McCormick Veterinary Clinic is also making progress on its space and is currently targeting an opening in Q1 2027.
These first openings will mark an exciting milestone for McCormick Village Retail and the greater McCormick community, with even more businesses and amenities to follow.
Construction and tenant improvements will continue throughout the coming months. Stay tuned for additional updates, tenant announcements, and opening details as we get closer to welcoming the community to McCormick Village Retail.
